Within a consortium of partners led by Berliner Energieagentur DIW Econ elaborated an analysis of the situation and specifics of the Russian energy service market as well as a summary of the relevant framework conditions in Russia and developed recommendations to the Russian government on how to improve financing of energy efficiency measures in the Russian residential sector.
