In order to support the project “TREE – Capacity Needs Assessment and Promotion” of the Renewables Academy (renac), we prepare country reviews which assess the markets and market potential for renewable energies and energy efficiency in selected target countries like Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Russia and Ukraine. The country reviews include an overview of relevant institutions, contact persons that are interested in the development of energy efficiency and renewable energies as well as information about existing strategies and instruments used for development of the potential of energy efficiency and renewable energies and provide an overview of projects realized and planned so far in these areas.
